Foster homes are the heart of Toronto Cat Rescue. Become a foster parent to cats of all ages and directly help us save more cats!

Why not join us as a volunteer driver? We need drivers in both Toronto and Waterloo Region to help transport cats after rescue, and to help get cats where they need to be for adoption. It’s an enjoyable role to do, and all you need is access to a car to do it!

Our in-person store volunteers are vital in ensuring that TCR cats are cared for while at the store. We are currently looking for store volunteers for our Milton PetSmart location.

Become a Volunteer Centre Representative with Toronto Cat Rescue and help support our network of foster homes behind the scenes! You’ll welcome visitors, organize donations and supplies, and ensure fosters have what they need to keep cats healthy and happy. While you won’t work directly with cats, your support makes a real difference in their care.

Act as the main TCR point of contact for foster homes and ensure a smooth journey for both the foster cat and foster home through the program.

Help us raise the funds we need to rescue cats in need as a Trusts and Foundations Volunteer! You’ll be researching grant opportunities in our database and helping to get applications ready, and as you help us raise funds you’ll know you’re contributing to saving cats in need!
