Meet Charlie. Charlie was adopted from TCR 2years ago when Anna's kids adopted him as a surprise for her. She had spotted Charlie in one of our partner stores and felt a connection as he reminded her of a cat she had lost. Charlie has been a great addition to their family. According to Anna, "He is sweet and loving, quirky at times and loves being snuggled. Thank you to TCR for giving us the option to give him a forever home."
