All TCR Volunteers: NEW Tax Receipt Procedure

KEY: Must be submitted by January 31st, 2012; Spreadsheet needed; 2011 receipts only; Gas mileage calculation separate.Gas Mileage should be claimed in a separate column or spreadsheet as it is calculated differently. You should be keeping track of all your drives for TCR separate from your receipted TCR expenses. For all driving, indicate if possible the location/purpose and number of kilometres for each drive with a grand total of kilometres driven this year at the bottom.
