Post-Adoption Counsellor

Goal
As a Post Adoption Counsellor, you will be working within a high-functioning, multi-faceted team that offers advice to adopters about their TCR cat. This may include, but is not limited to, health issues, microchip registration and general questions about the cats' background. The volunteer candidate should have basic knowledge of cat medical issues and customer service experience. This role requires approximately 3-4 hrs per week.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Have experience with medical issues and cat health. 

  • Access to a computer/laptop. Proficient with Google applications (Google sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Smartsheets, etc.) and a willingness to learn.  

  • Good problem-solving skills and communication skills.

  • Ability to contact adopters in a timely manner.

  • Follow TCR Protocols and Guidelines.
