Nalini Ramroop

Nalini has been an animal lover since the age of 5, in South America, when her grandmother brought home the family’s first puppy. She started as a volunteer at TCR in early 2010, learning about every aspect of the organization, passionately advocating for our cats. Nalini is excited to be shepherding TCR into the future, along with her team and  the Board of Directors.  She feels privileged to witness the triumph of so many cats overcoming their life struggles, every day, thanks to TCR. 

Nalini studied Business Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, and brings a strong skill set developed running her own business for many years, as well as leading Operations at TCR, for the past 7 years. Nalini is a proud pet parent to two cats, Maggie and Benny (both TCR alumni), and two rescue dogs, Iya and Ruby. Her downtime is spent surrounded by the enchanting Muskoka woods, in the company of her two beagles.
