Ralphy, previous Vito, found his forever home in 2013 when he was one year old. Ralphy’s human was told he was found under someone’s deck before TCR took him into the foster program. Ralphy loves to talk to his human and express his (most valuable and wise) opinion.

During the past ten years, they’ve been through multiple significant moves, moving to three different cities. As life and their surroundings constantly change, Ralphy and his human are glad to have each other’s companionship.
