#ADOPTUS: Amanda and Elsa Meet sweet silly Amanda and sweet shy Elsa - our bonded girls. Amanda was an outdoor kitty who had a neighbourhood human taking care of her and her pal Elsa. The rescuer who used to feed Amanda and her best friend Elsa has moved and is no longer able to care for them, which is why these two gorgeous gals are looking for a forever home indoors where it’s safe and warm! Amanda has a great appetite and will certainly remind you when it’s feeding time. She’s got a great big body which is simply squishable. With time and trust, Amanda can be cuddled and kissed. She will purr and makes lots of biscuits! For Elsa, she was an outdoor kitty who taken in by a rescuer along with her four kittens. She did very well socially at first, and allowed you to pet her and she purred. Once she was released back outdoors though, she started only allowing pets on her nose. Though not as comfortable with people as her bestie, Elsa's caretakers are confident that with patience and time, Elsa will allow you to pet her beautiful fur (and remember that she enjoys it!). These beautiful girls have been living the outdoor life and are ready to be spoiled in a warm, loving home. These gals have been safe, indoors for several months now and trust grows everyday. It is really important that when Amanda and Elsa are adopted, it will likely take quite some time for them to come around and trust their new humans. They will need a lot of patience and the care of someone experienced with shy cats. There is a chance that they will never become fully comfortable around humans – Elsa is particularly tough to make friends with. The person who rescued these two in the first place is open to providing guidance if requested. These two are a special case and we are Toronto Cat Rescue are hoping to find a kind patient human to give them their best chance at a happy indoor life! #petoftheday #catoftheday #adoptdontshop #catsofinstagram #rescuecat #catrescue #torontocats #torontolife #toronto
