Introducing Charbon – a very special kitten with a very special condition. Charbon was born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a neurological condition that causes him to be off balance all the time. This condition won’t get worse over time and he will learn to compensate a little, but he won’t get better (he also does not require medication).
