Tuesday is for Giving

It’s #GivingTuesdayCA and we are launching a campaign to raise $6,250 before midnight tonight in order to fund an urgent rescue of 50 cats from the over-crowded SPA Quebec shelter in Beauceville. Their shelter is once again overflowing with adoptable cats and kittens and they have called on TCR for help before the Christmas holiday. But we can’t do this rescue without you.

Please donate today!

QCCAT1For these cats and kittens, we are their last chance. The shelter cannot accept new arrivals due to overcrowding and will be forced to euthanize if they are unable to move these precious lives to a new location. Please consider making a donation to sponsor one of these cats in need. Each cat will require a basic physical exam and rabies vaccination upon arrival in Toronto. And we know from experience that there are bound to be other unforeseen medical needs and some will need to be spayed or neutered. We need to raise a minimum of $6,250 for this rescue before we can make the final decision about whether we can once again answer the call for help.

Please consider sponsoring 1 cat for $125. It’s a small price to pay for saving a very precious life!

If you are unable to fully sponsor one cat, a gift of any amount – $25, $40 or $75 – would be incredible. If you can, please help us save as many of these lives as possible by making a donation.

Giving Tuesday3Time is of the essence and we need your help by Midnight Tonight! We want to move these cats before the Christmas break and do not want to leave a single cat behind at the shelter. We desperately need you to help us fill up that transport truck!

Toronto Cat Rescue wants to ensure the safe harbour of these precious lives and with your help, we can save them all. On this Giving Tuesday, please help us raise our goal of $6,250 to help give 50 cats and kittens a second chance to find a loving, forever home.

#GivingTuesdayCA is just one day. But we fight every day of every year to rescue and find homes for abandoned, sick or injured cats.

Thank you for ongoing support!
