rio1Join us May 3rd to May 5th at Toronto Cat Rescue’s affiliated PetSmart locations below for a HUGE Adopt-A-Thon event! Lots of adorable, loving kitties will be in-store waiting for their forever families to adopt them… Please open your heart and home to a friendly feline!

ALL kitties at the event will have a reduced adoption fee of $100! This is an amazing deal as our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations (rabies when age appropriate) and 6 weeks of free pet insurance.PLUS: All adopters will receive from PetSmart a free bag of Purina Pro Plan dry and other coupons for Petsmart merchandise and Purina food & litter.

Mitsou – Adopted!

Adopt a feline family member – one filled with purrs and cuddles! Come meet our cats and kittens at Pet Valu Kingspoint in Brampton between 10am and 5pm on Saturday, January 26th and Sunday, January 27th. Our amazing rescued kitties can’t wait to be adopted into their loving forever family – second chances at happiness are the best chances!!

Reduced adoption fee of $100 per cat over 6 months of age at the event only. Adopt two kittens under 6 months for $250 per pair / single kittens under 6 months will be our standard fee of $175 each. Adopters will also get in-store discounts on items purchased with the adoption!

Each cat has a two week assessment period in their foster home before being available for adoption. This ensures that the cats that come into our care receive the medical attention they need and we learn about their personalities, likes & dislikes. Our fee includes: spay or neuter, vaccination (and receive a rabies vaccination if age appropriate) and includes 6 weeks of free pet insurance.

Volunteer Santas, Elves & Photographers Needed

Do you have holiday spirit?  Would you love to help make animals Christmas wishes come true?  Would you love to help Toronto Cat Rescue raise much needed funds for the cats?

We need Santas, elves and photographers.  PetSmart’s Photo With Santa promotion is taking place in December and we need YOU! The event lets pet parents and their pets pose for a photo with Santa.  If they purchase a digital photograph in a holiday collector frame a portion of the proceeds collected at Toronto Cat Rescue’s affiliated store locations will be donated to TCR kitties!

We need volunteers to make the event possible at our PetSmart locations. Outfits and equipment are supplied by PetSmart. It is a great way to get into the holiday spirit while helping a great cause, and seeing all the cute animals snuggle in with Santa!  If you would like to help, please fill in our volunteer form below!  For maps to the store locations, click here.  Thank YOU!

The event takes place from 11am – 4pm: December 1 & 2, December 8 & 9, December 15 & 16.

Needed: In-Store Kitty Cuddlers

Daytime volunteers needed at Toronto Cat Rescue’s affiliated PetSmart Brampton location. We are currently seeking volunteers to visit the cats in-store to make sure they have fresh food and water, clean bedding, dishes and litter boxes, as well as spend time cuddling and playing with the kitties! Cute kittens and cats, like Boo, are there waiting to meet you!
