   Hi there,

   My name is Melinda and I am writing an article for The Bloordale Press Newspaper about the up coming adopt-a-thon weekend at the Pet Valu store on Dupont. I am trying to find someone I can interview for this article who has already adopted a cat for this article.

   I just wanted to let you know that The Pet Valu Store at Richview Square, just west of Islington Ave., on Eglinton Ave. West, has doubled in size and been sold to new owners, an oriental couple.
   I think that someone from your organization should go and talk to them about giving some space for adoption of cats. It is a very good neighbourhood. I always shop there for litter and some food, so the girls that work there know me.
   I have been in rescue for 10 years, but left the organization I was with, because they are too far east for me, and I don’t have a car. If you like, I could meet someone at the Pet Valu store to talk to the new owners. I will also volunteer at this store for you, be co-ordinator, if you like.

   Dear feline rescue friends. I have been rescuing stray cats in my neighbourhood and due to unforseen circumstances I have to move away and I will not be able to take my cats with me. I have about 5 feral and semi-feral cats that I do not want to see them killed by the city. Any assistance you can render will be appreciated and I will donate to your group.
