stwmlogo_printDo you love cats? Are you an enthusiastic runner, jogger, or walker? Join the Toronto Cat Rescue (TCR) team at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon October 19th, and help save a life! This will be our fifth year participating in this event, during which time it has evolved into our largest annual fundraiser!

Last year, the TCR team raised just under $23,000, directly impacting the lives of hundreds of cats rescued from situations of abandonment, neglect, and imminent euthanasia. This year, the team hopes to help save even more lives by raising $30,000, and you can make it happen!

Join the team today by filling out the below form.

The first 15 participants to register and raise $100 will have their registration fee waived, so contact us early! Everyone on the TCR team will receive a free t-shirt.

Not a marathon runner? Don’t worry! Most of the TCR team participates in a 5K walk/run, so cat lovers of all levels of fitness are encouraged to join!

  1. Hi, just wondering when the next adoption event will be held at the Pet Uno on College (Little Italy)? When I was there last they said they have one approximately every month but there hasn’t been one for a while. Thanks!

  2. What will the hours of the Adopt-a-thon event at PetSmart Kitchener be? And can we expect to see all the cats listed on this site there? Thanks for the help :)

    • The hours at PS Kitchener are: Friday from 1-9, Saturday from 9-9 and Sunday from 10-5. There will be lots of cats at the adopt-a-thon in-store, but we will not be posting a list on our site as changes happen. Our adoption coordinators may be able to help you closer to the event, if needed: 416-538-8592, press #1.
