In-Store Adopt-A-Thon Screeners

We are planning to have an *Adopt-a-thon Screener Training Session* on Thursday June 21 at 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Pet Uno . This is intended to train those who are interested in learning to screen potential adopters at TCR adopt-a-thons.  We have adopt-a-thons throughout the year at our partner store locations (Torontom Mississauga, Vaughan, Brampton and Kitchener). We are always looking for volunteers to help with setting up and with screening potential adopters. As a new screener, you would be paired up with a ‘seasoned’ screener who could help to show you the ropes until you are comfortable doing it on your own.

Are you devoted to helping TCR cats find their forever homes? We are currently looking to expand our team of adoption coordinators – the volunteers at the front line who screen potential adopters calling our adoption phone line. This is an great opportunity for those who are interested in contributing in a meaningful way to help our cats. If you have a few hours available each week and have good people skills, we would really appreciate your help.

One-on-one training is provided.
